This little shredder works great for home shredding. I just set it on top of my trash can and feed away. It’ll automatically shut off when it gets too hot to save the motor. No problem. Let it rest after larger jobs.
Why buy a big unit attached to a giant plastic bin that’ll get discarded when the thing burns out? This little unit does the trick.

I haven’t had any problems in the first month of shredding. A bit slower and louder than my old shredmaster, but 1/8 of the price!! Give it a shot if you’re just in it for shredding some bills and junk mail.

|great for bills and small jobs,
This shredder is great when you are just getting rid of unwanted mail or old bills. It tends to overheat when you use it for a long time. However, it starts up again within a few minutes. It is good enought to shread through ligher mail but envelops with a lot of pages need to be hoped up and shredded up to four pages at a time.
